Principal

Benjamin Farkas

Ben is the Principal of CSL Partners, a private equity real estate company. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s long-term objectives, growth strategies, and initiatives as well as managing day-to-day operations.Prior to CSL, Ben spent 5 years at a private real estate investment firm, where he led the firm’s investment efforts and management in real estate and debt instruments. Ben has been instrumental in the acquisition and management of over $1.6B and 10,000 apartment units across the USA.

Principal

Martin Banoon

Martin is a co-founder and principal of CSL Partners, a private equity real estate company. He is responsible to provide strategic advice to management on the the full investment cycle of its assets across the USA.
Currently, Martin is the founder and CEO of the Banvest Group, a Montreal based company that specializes in the acquisition and operation of it's 3,100 apartment unit portfolio with a market capitalization in excess of $600m in Canadian assets. Additionally, Martin supports dozens of charitable organizations through his charity, The MPB Foundation and maintains active roles at Canadian Magen David Adom, the Jewish General Hospital and Kehilla.
